We would like to thank
the Seaside Park, New Jersey branch of Wells Fargo for cooperating with our
team during this semester to not only answer all of our questions and concerns
but also provide us with operational background, policies and procedures that
Wells Fargo operates using on a daily basis.
Specifically, we would
like to acknowledge Lisa Ordino, Wells Fargo Service Manager, for taking the
time to ensure we fully understand the procedures related to our project. Lisa
Ordino has been with Wells Fargo since 1986, when she started as a part time
drive thru teller. She has worked in various positions, starting in an entry
level position and now managing the entire operations aspect of the branch.
Lisa has been with the company through a multitude of mergers and acquisitions
that the bank has gone through. When Lisa began working for the bank, it was
First Fidelity. Not too long after she started they were bought by First Union
and eventually Wachovia. The company remained Wachovia until 2006 when Wells
Fargo took over.
We are very thankful
Lisa was able to accommodate us to the level that she has. She went above and
beyond during our interview with her. We also would like to thank Bradley
Antonell, Seaside Park Wells Fargo Branch Manager, for allowing us into the
branch and allowing Lisa Ordino to take time out of her hectic schedule to
accommodate us for this project.
